Our department provides numerous opportunities for postdoctoral research. Important areas of emphasis include immunobiology, cell biology, microbial pathogenesis and the pathobiology of diabetes. Post-doctoral fellows apply directly to the head of the laboratory responsible. Postdoctoral fellows are supervised by the laboratory director, but are welcome to participate in a wide range of conferences and other academic activities offered by the department.
