         | Training > Medical Students The department plays critical roles in medical student education, particularly in the first and second year. Our faculty organizes and teaches the first year Immunology Course. It also coordinates and teaches the year long Pathology Course, which anchors much of the second year curriculum. The department also provides elective clinical rotations for senior medical students. Our commitment in this area is evidenced by numerous teaching awards.
